The General Administration Manager takes care of the office operation to make a better work space for the members of Seoul Robotics.
Responsibilities
•
Developing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures
•
Ensure legal financial compliance and cooperate with our law firm partners
•
Planning, organising and coordinating the year-end close process with internal and external auditors
•
Proceed monthly and quarterly reviews of all accounts
•
Ensuring successful completion of the company’s tax filings
•
Preparing financial statements, including cash flow statements to Leadership
•
Planning, budgeting and authorising expenditures
•
Hiring, training and retaining competent accounting staff
Qualifications
•
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required, MBA preferred
•
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Finance with strong analytical and leadership skills
•
Strong team player who manages collaboratively with all stakeholders
•
Strong influencing and communication skills, and ability to lead informal teams
